Kanye Walked Out on His Concert Last Night, Proving Floating Stages Make Having a Meltdown Pretty Aw

September 2024 · 2 minute read

Poor Kanye. It must be awful to realize 45 minutes into a concert that you just do not have it in you to continue, but to stop the show knowing it’s also going to take several silent, uncomfortable minutes to get you down off that floating platform? Makes you jealous of Justin Bieber. He can storm on and off stage all day, and never once worry about plummeting 20 feet onto his frustrated fans. While visiting Inglewood as part of his Saint Pablo tour last night, Yeezy apperently lost his voice, forcing him to cut his set short. “Turn the lights up. Show’s over. I can’t let ya’ll have a show where I can’t perform,” he sadly explained, before slowly, morosely, walking to the other end of his giant levitating platform. “I’m very sorry. I love you. I promise to do better next time.” If only Kanye could have just rappelled down. You know what? That’s something to shoot for next tour.
