It’s been just revealed that Meek Meek and Michael Rubin are giving back to the community ahead of the holidays. Check out the latest reports coming from The Shade Room. 

TSR began by mentioning the fact that the school systems have been some of the most neglected parts of our society.

More than that, it’s pretty obvious the fact that this terrible pandemic has definitely added some pressure for districts to provide resources for students.

Meek Mill is working hard to change all this, and this time, he had help from Michael Rubin, another Philly native.

TSR cites info from TMZ and notes that ‘Meek and 76ers partner #MichaelRubin have created their own scholarship fund to help underprivileged youth in Philadelphia! The fund is expected to help nearly 1,000 students in the Philly school system and is expected to be distributed immediately.’

‘A source close to the situation tells TMZ that the money will allow students from poverty-stricken homes to attend private schools throughout the city,’ TSR made sure to note as well.

A follower said: ‘Hopefully that’s enough to get y’all to stop crying about that $20 water donation.’

Someone else posted this message: ‘I hope that mean judge sees all the good that he’s doing in his city 👏🏽’, and a commenter wrote this: ‘Meek always giving back, y’all just like to drag him.’

One other Instagrammer posted this mesage: ‘Y’all know damn well if people came up to your care you would either speed away or not give anything. Meek is a human being y’all remember that just cause he has money doesn’t mean he has to do what y’all want him to do.’
