Mila Kunis dons totally sheer look for rare red carpet appearance with Ashton Kutcher

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher usually keep a low-profile, particularly when it comes to their two kids, Wyatt Isabelle, 8, and Dimitri Portwood, 6, but when a glitzy event calls, they still know how to put on the glam.

The couple made the 9th Annual Breakthrough Prize Ceremony their latest date night, and the actor looked so dapper while the actress looked chic as ever.

The star-studded event took place on April 15 at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, and other fellow stars in attendance included host James Cordenwho wraps up his tenure on The Late Late Show this monthKristen  Bell, Mark Zuckerberg, Chris Pine, Lily Collins, Brie Larson, Jeremy Strong, Maria Sharapova, Robert Downey Jr., Gal Gadot, John Legend and more.

For the special night out, it seems there must have been some outfit coordinating in the Kutcher-Kunis household, as both Ashton and Mila stepped out in black.

The Friends with Benefit actress struck the perfect balance between sultry and serious, donning a loose, black sequin blazer with matching wide-leg pants, layered over an ultra-sheer button-down blouse, also in black, paired with a matching black triangle bra.

She kept the rest of her look simple, with a bronzed smokey-eye on her lids, and nude lipstick, plus her hair was styled in soft curls, and she accessorized with large diamond hoop earrings and simple pointy-toed black pumps.

Meanwhile, the No Strings Attached actor coordinated with his wife perfectly, and let her shine, opting for a classic black suit with a bow-tie, and an unshaven yet clean look.

The Breakthrough Prize Ceremony gathers Hollywood's biggest stars to honor "scientists changing the world" with major cash prices.

It especially honored Drew Weissman and Katalin Karikó, who did crucial work in developing the mRNA vaccines against COVID-19, and collected the Breakthrough Prize in Life Science that they had been chosen for in 2022.

At the end of the night, a total of $15.75 million was presented to Breakthrough Prize honorees.
